Should I Paint the Back of My China Cabinet?

I blogged about my china cabinet on Monday. I can’t decide whether to paint the back of it or not.

Not sure what colors you have in the room but how about a deep shade of a color you already have? Or dark gray, which is neutral.

What a great idea! I thought the black was too drastic, but I have some charcoal paint that I might like better. The room is blue and the adjoining room is dove gray, so the charcoal would tie them together. Thanks for the input!
