My friend is diabetic and I wanted to make him a birthday cake.

 

I drizzled icing over it, as I did not want to have a thick layer of frosting on it.

 

His wife is always trying to get us to eat more vegetables. Here is the cake I made for her birthday.

 

I frosted it with mashed potatoes and garnished it with a tomato cut into a rose.
